Are there any set-up fees?
No. There is no set-up fee to establish your hosting, upgrade or add additional domains or features.

Can I use my account for commercial purposes?
Yes, you can use your account for commercial purposes. The World Wide Web has become a most efficient and cost-effective means of making information available to the users of the internet community.

Do you allow multiple domains pointing to my main domain?
Yes, you can have multiple domains provided the package plan you purchase supports it.

Do you handle domain registration for me?
Yes, we will take care of registering a new domain, or transferring (if register allows) an existing domain to our servers, at no extra cost.
We cost USD 9.90 for new domain name registeration.

How do I pay for my account?
We accept all kind of credit card payment such as American Express, Discover,etc. We also accept paypal and online checking payment. Please contact our billing department at billing@efree2net.com to make payment arrangements.

How do you handle customer support?
We request all support issues to be submitted in writing either via e-mail, or our tech support request form found in our support section. Support requests may be submitted 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. E-mail support is covered 24 hours a day. Forum is coming soon. Most support issues are answered within 24 hours.

How long does domain name registration take?
It usually takes 24-72 hours for a new domain to be registered with the Internic. Once the InterNIC announces that your domain name is registered or transferred, it usually takes about 72 hours before your site is active.

How long does it take to get my account activated?
Most accounts are activated within 24-48 hours of the time the request is received. Account setup time does vary on workload.

What if I want to upgrade my account?
It is very easy for you to upgrade or degrade your account. Just contact admin@efree2net.com

What is your name server (DNS)?
Please contact our support team, admin@efree2net.com to receive your nameservers.

Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?
You have unlimited access via FTP and/or FrontPage (depending on plan), using your private id and password, 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site at your leisure.
